Golden yellow tones. Intensely fragrant with apricot, quince, and crème brulee. Pineapple, citrus fruits, and melon flavours. Concentrated flavor nuances and a round silky palate, the wine was left on lees until bottling for added layers of dimension and complexity. Bright and balanced, highlighted by juicy apple, cantaloupe and pear flavors enveloped in a crème brûlée finish.
