A pale, sour beer, fermented with wild, mixed cultures and barrel aged for up to 2 years.
This edition we put fruit vs hop, we refermented this beer with Satsuma Miho mandarins and finally dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops creating a sour, juicy, wild and complex brew.
