Lush, silky, savoury and certified organic. Mount Edward Pinot Noir is a blend of grapes grown on certified organic vineyards in Central Otago's Gibbston region and further afield. Fermentation in open top fermenters with wild yeasts results in savoury flavours which are accentuated by 11 months aging in oak, with a modest 15% new oak and a further six months aging in bottle after blending.
