Nano-distillation is the best way to make great gin. All the botanicals are handled separately in small batches, using customised processes to enhance the flavour and aroma of each botanical. With plenty of patience and skill this technique delivers a gin that is fresh, vibrant, smooth and balanced.

Addition of rare New Zealand grown citrus, Buddha's Hand, a gift from the sun reflects in the Heliodor name. On nose it is earthy-floral with hints of citrus and juniper. On palate it is a complex bouquet of sweet citrus imparted by Buddha's Hand with light spice, and an extremely smooth finish.
