An all chardonnay champagne from a combination of Grand and Premier cru vineyards and aged for six years on the lees with no added sugar of any kind. A dry, fruity Blanc de Blancs with aromas of white fruit, citrus and clean mineral hints. The palate offers notes of grapefruit, crisp apples and delicate florals.
