A lusciously refreshing wine with aromas of strawberry, raspberry and watermelon combined with a cherry dry finish.

Mondillo Rosé is produced from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a defined parcel of the vineyard grown specifically for our Rosé. The single clone selected offers this wine red fruit flavours with a mid-palate lusciousness and fruit sweetness. Left on the skins for a few days to establish the vibrant cerise-pink colour.
