A showcase of the late harvest season of the Hawke’s Bay, the seeing out of the summer produce whilst capturing the concentrated and preserved flavours of what's leftover as the crops ready themselves for Winter.

The initial palate is clean and textural rolling into fleshy pear and aromatic olive & raspberry Leaf
The finish is dry, textured, with subtle fresh raspberry seeing it out
