Made in extremely small quantities, the Land Series wines seek to highlight the very best from each of the unique subregions within our family of vineyards. This Cabernet Franc is a refection of the unique terrior of our Northburn site. Blackcurrant, blueberry and licorice aromas leap from the glass, followed by raspberry and spice. Fresh, crunchy tannins and lively acidity entwine around a core of fresh vibrant fruit.

Hand harvested and fully destemmed. A period of cold soak was followed by a short, hot fermentation before pressing to old oak barrels for maturation. No sulphur was used during the winemaking process.
