Mirafiore Dolcetto d’Alba DOC 2024 750ml

Soft, juicy and full of Piedmont personality. Layers of black cherry, plum and violet glide across the palate, finishing with Dolcetto’s signature subtle almond note. Friendly, versatile and always a crowd-pleaser.

Ageing:
Mirafiore Dolcetto d’Alba is aged in large and medium-sized oak barrels (20–140 hl) for two months before bottling, followed by a further six months of bottle ageing before release.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby red with violet highlights. The bouquet is fine and fruity, with persistent and well-defined notes of violet, blueberry, black cherry, and rosemary. On the palate, it is pleasantly dry, full-bodied, and soft, with gentle tannins and a delicate almond finish.

Food Pairing:
Excellent with hot starters, pasta dishes, simple meat dishes, and fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
