KUSUDA 2024 Riesling Dry

Vinification: Whole bunch pressed, settled for 2 days with bentonite. Fermented in stainless steel tank for 14 days.

2024 will be remembered as an extremely dry year in stark contrast to the wet 2023. Even some trees withered thanks to the drought which recorded less than 20mm/month in January and February. Good rain later in December and exceptionally low minimum temperatures on many days in summer saved the vintage, resulting freshness which would not remind a drought.
